Bob leads the Stonemark Landings team and overall execution of its business plan. Bob has nearly 50 years of real estate experience which includes over $1 billion in sales, finance, development, and joint ventures. His experience includes acquisitions, sales, finance, apartment property management, hotel management, land development, single family development, joint ventures and involvement in nearly 10,000 apartment units. Most of Bob’s career has been spent working with development companies, so he is very familiar with the management of construction and renovation of apartment communities. He has held many senior level positions over the years, including being the Managing Member of two successful real estate investment companies.
Bob graduated magna cum laude from UCLA with a degree in economics with a focus on business administration, accounting, and mathematics.
Cameron oversees the investment strategy of Stonemark Landings from identifying opportunities to acquisitions, all the way through disposition. Cameron is a multifamily and commercial real estate professional with experience spanning across the spectrum of real estate investment encompassing acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity structuring, asset management, property management, and leasing.
Cameron’s experience prior to Stonemark Landings includes co-founding two successful real estate investment companies focused on repositioning undervalued multifamily assets and acquiring in-town commercial properties. He has also worked for industry leaders to oversee portfolios of multifamily assets for institutional and private clients, oversee the performance of a portfolio of shopping centers through the Southeast, and consult for the Governor of Tennessee on the highest and best uses for state-owned real estate.
Cameron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Goizueta Business School of Emory University with focuses in Real Estate, Management, and Marketing.
Wes oversees Stonemark Landings’ underwriting process and the financial performance of the fund and the assets within it. Wes was the asset manager for a portfolio of approximately 2,000 multifamily units for his prior company, Stonemark Capital and has more recently been focused on sharpening Stonemark Landing's financial underwriting process for value-add multifamily properties.
Prior to working with Stonemark Capital, Wes worked in financial planning and analytics with multi-billion dollar companies such as Levi Strauss, Hasbro, Guitar Center, Nordstrom, and Jafra. In those roles, he was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, new product analysis, marketing analysis, and the preparation of financial statements. During his tenure in FP&A, Wesley received multiple awards for innovation and service.
Wes brings valuable insights and experience in analytics and market research. He also has valuable experience in sales, computer software systems and development, which brings another useful perspective to real estate investments.
Phil oversees the execution of improvements, construction, and site maintenance for Stonemark Landings properties. Phil is a real estate professional with 20 years of experience acquiring, improving, and managing multifamily real estate. He has extensive hands-on experience executing value-add programs on apartment complexes, and establishing policies and procedures for efficient operations.
Prior to joining Stonemark Landings, Phil offered consulting services to private-equity clients through his firm, VAE Consulting. Key missions included assisting a private equity group with establishing a due diligence process as they deployed several funds, verifying cap-ex and op-ex underwriting assumptions, overseeing cap-ex funds deployment to completion, implementing lender requirements, and creating a value-add program for a 3,500-unit portfolio. His broad experience in multifamily operations has allowed him to consult on the establishment of a client's in-house property management outfit with a special focus on residential workflow and accounting processes, maintenance practices, and HR. Phil has been instrumental in correcting several mismanaged large-scale renovations, and has years of experience stabilizing distressed assets. He enjoys maximizing the use of in-place resources and finding the path of least resistance when bringing vacant properties with deferred maintenance back on the rental line.
Phil is fluent in French, has a passion for family, the outdoors and aviation.
Patrick oversees all investor relations and risk functions for Stonemark Landings. He is a highly skilled Real Estate Capital Markets professional with expertise in valuing, trading, structuring, securitizing, modeling, and executing transactions for Fixed Income products across a wide range of asset classes. He has significant experience with whole loans and securities for residential, commercial, and consumer real estate assets and is well versed in every facet of transactions, including due diligence, structuring legal documentation, pricing, marketing, and rating agency presentation. He has executed transactions across a broad base of collateral types including CRE, multifamily NPL, RPL, Agency, Non-Agency, and MSRs. Mr. Dellavalle is adept in using Excel-based cash flow models, Intex Desktop and Dealmaker, Bloomberg, and other modeling tools. Additionally, Mr. Dellavalle has an extensive network of buyers and sellers in the marketplace to gather market color and raise capital, as well as facilitate transaction execution.
